1. Agreement

By making a booking or inquiry with MilesTour, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. MilesTour operates car rental services in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Our registered office is at Office # 4, Hussain Plaza, Soan Gardens Block D Markaz, Islamabad 45200.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from MilesTour via phone, WhatsApp, or email. MilesTour reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

  • Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance for standard rentals.
  • Wedding and special-occasion bookings require a minimum of 7 days' advance notice.
  • Group bookings (2+ vehicles) require at least 3 days' advance notice.

3. Rates & Payment

All rental rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. The rate quoted at the time of booking confirmation is the rate that applies to that rental.

  • Rates are per day (24 hours) unless otherwise stated.
  • Fuel is not included in the rental rate unless explicitly stated.
  • Payment is due at the time of vehicle handover unless a credit account has been agreed in advance.
  • MilesTour does not charge hidden fees — all applicable charges will be communicated before confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours before rental: Full cancellation, no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before rental: 50% of the agreed rental rate may be charged.
  • No-show: The full rental rate may be charged.
  • Wedding bookings: Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may incur the full day rate.

MilesTour reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (vehicle breakdown, severe weather, force majeure). In such cases a full refund or alternative vehicle will be offered.

5. Driver Requirements

For self-drive rentals, the driver must:

  • Hold a valid Pakistani driving licence (or international driving permit for foreign nationals)
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Present a valid CNIC or passport at the time of vehicle handover

MilesTour may refuse to hand over the vehicle if the driver cannot satisfy these requirements. No refund will be given in such cases.

6. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must only be used:

  • Within Pakistan, on paved public roads
  • By the named driver(s) agreed at booking
  • For lawful purposes only

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the vehicle for sub-letting or commercial hire to third parties
  • Off-road or rough terrain driving (unless specifically agreed)
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Transporting hazardous materials
  • Exceeding the legal passenger capacity of the vehicle

7. Damage & Liability

The Customer is responsible for the vehicle from the time of handover until the time of return. Any damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period is the Customer's liability unless caused by a proven mechanical defect.

  • Damage must be reported to MilesTour immediately.
  • The Customer must not admit liability to any third party without MilesTour's written consent.
  • MilesTour's assessment of repair costs will be final for internal damage claims.

8. Traffic Violations & Fines

Any traffic fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the Customer. MilesTour may charge an administrative fee of PKR 500 per fine processed on your behalf.

9. Chauffeur-Driven Rentals

Where a driver is provided by MilesTour:

  • The driver is employed by MilesTour and will follow safe and legal driving practices.
  • Waiting time beyond the agreed schedule may incur additional charges.
  • The Customer must treat the driver with respect; abusive behaviour is grounds for immediate termination of the rental without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

MilesTour's liability to the Customer shall not exceed the total rental amount paid for the specific booking in question. MilesTour is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of earnings, missed flights, or reputational damage.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.

12. Amendments

MilesTour reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time of booking applies. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
